Where the Local Authority has agreed to fund the care or support package we will work with yourself and a representative from the local authority to calculate the costs based on your needs and your expectation of the care and support you require. We provide a breakdown of costs to the local authority which clearly illustrates how the costs have been calculated to ensure transparency. A thorough care and support plan will then be completed by our senior staff team working with you, the local authority and anyone else you would like to clearly detail how we will support you to meet your needs and reach your goals.
Privately funded Care/Support
If you are an individual seeking private care or support please contact us and we will work with you to provide the best possible service at an affordable rate! The fee charged will be based on a thorough assessment and information you have provided during the process. A senior member of staff will provide you with the costs and this will be documented in our contract with you. A thorough care and support plan will then be completed by our senior staff team working with you and anyone else you would like. This will clearly detail how we will support you to meet your needs and reach your goals.
