The awards dinner is organised by Care and Support West. The award scheme is now in its third year and aims to provide organisations and their staff working in the ex-Avon area an opportunity to congratulate and value people who have demonstrated they have both understood and welcomed models of dignity and personalisation in their particular care setting and use (and promote) those values in their everyday working lives. Jane has worked for Manor Community for many years as a support worker and recently progressed to being a supervisor. It is therefore with great pride that we congratulate Jane in receiving such an accolade!
