Welcoming so many new residents within a relatively short period can bring challenges. It requires careful planning, strong teamwork, and a commitment to providing truly person-centred care. From getting to know residents' life stories and interests to supporting them through the transition into care, our team has gone above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming environment where people can thrive.

Most importantly, while the home has grown busier, our focus on delivering high-quality care has never changed. Residents continue to enjoy meaningful activities, companionship, and the reassurance of knowing they are supported by a team that genuinely cares.
